Background and Experience

Trish McCoy capitalizes on more than 30 years of cutting-edge real estate experience. Trish brings extensive sales, marketing education and experience to intero Real Estate Services.  Trish earned her degree in Business Administration and Marketing from California State University, Chico. She entered the real estate profession in 1992 after an exciting and rewarding career in the trade show industry. Her exposure to varied industries, interactions with a myriad of personalities, and the unique requirements of each were excellent preparation for dealing with the assortment of parties with whom it is necessary to negotiate and communicate in real estate transactions.

Family and Community

Trish and her two sons were residents of Hillsborough, and then moved to Half Moon Bay area.  Trish truly believes that children are our future. She has intimate knowledge of the schools and housing on the mid-Peninsula and coast and is familiar with each community and its nuances. Trish also has a 2nd home located in Grass Valley in Nevada County which she's owned for 10 years.    She is versed in selling property in Nevada County as well.
