Backgroud and Experience

Trish McCoy capitalizes on more than 16 years of cutting-edge real estate experience. Trish brings extensive sales, marketing education and experience to Alain Pinel.  Trish earned her degree in Business Administration and Marketing from California State University, Chico. She entered the real estate profession in 1992 after an exciting and rewarding career in the trade show industry. Her exposure to varied industries, interactions with a myriad of personalities, and the unique requirements of each were excellent preparation for dealing with the assortment of parties with whom it is necessary to negotiate and communicate in real estate transactions.

Family and Community

Trish, David and their two sons are residents of Hillsborough. The family is thoroughly involved with the local schools where Zachary 13 and Dylan 11 are enrolled. Trish truly believes that children are our future. She has intimate knowledge of the schools and housing on the mid-Peninsula, and is familiar with each community and its nuances.
